Originally, we were going to be at the Embassy Suites in Irving; however, there was a small fire, and they have shut down until further notice.

 

Our Southwest Regional Conference has moved to the Embassy Suites in Grapevine, Texas.

 

Same dates, same time, now at:

Embassy Suites Grapevine at 2401 Bass Pro Dr., Grapevine, TX 76051

 

If you had already booked a room, don't worry, you will not be charged by the Irving hotel, and your name has been transferred to the Grapevine Hotel. You do not need to do anything.

 

Remember!

Friday night is still at the American Legion at 6:30, and registration will be from 4-6 at the Grapevine Hotel.

 

So very thankful that we are still able to continue with this event!!!
